We write with regard to your recent enquiry for information held by the Council under the 
provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000

Please share any planning applications made by any supermarket for retail space in 
Hallsville Quarter 
 
- Phase 3 (other than Morrison’s which is already present in Phase 2) as there have been 
rumours about Lidl coming here. 
 
Also, please share any details on the medical centre planned in Hallsville Quarter Phase 3 
as per the map here: https://hallsvillequarter.co.uk/retail/assets/map2.png

Information relating to any planning applications relevant to the Hallsville Quarter are already 
publicly available on the Newham website. These can be found on the public access Planning 
Portal on the web link below;

By entering the property address and key words relevant to your request you will be able to 
independently recover and review any relevant planning application submitted.  
 
If you source applications which may be of interest to you, you may then open the documents
