Feedback, Haringey Borough Council

Dear Mr Nicholas,
Re: Freedom of Information Act Request ref: LBH/14630523

Thank you for your request for information received on 01 November 2023,
in which you asked for the following:

Questions about the lettings of Hale Wharf.

My response is as follows:

I want to clarify that Hale Wharf is not a council built site and is
instead being built by Muse.
Some units are part council and part for sale, so not all of it will be
let, parts of it will be sold.

1. A breakdown of the property sizes by number of bedrooms (1 bed, 2 bed,
3 bed etc.)
2. What is the mean average weekly rent for properties of each number of
bedrooms (1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed etc.)? Please give 2023/2024 figures
3. What is the mean average service charge for properties of each number
of bedrooms (1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed etc.)? Please give 2023/2024 figures
4. Please provide floor plans, and most recent interior design plans for
each bedroom size.
For questions 1-4, the information you have requested is on the Haringey
Public Register. There will be loads of applications for this site
including approval of details applications but the following 2
applications are the main ones.

The first one is the outline application form 2016 see the link below:
[1]https://londonboroughofharingey.my.site....

The second one is reserved matters application in 2018. See the link
below:
[2]https://londonboroughofharingey.my.site....

5. How many of the properties have been offered and accepted?
None have been let so far. You can make another request for this
information early next year.

6. Out of the offers that have been accepted, please provide each bedroom
size.
Not applicable

I hope you are satisfied with your response. If you are unhappy with how
we have responded to your request you can ask us to conduct an Internal
Review. If so, please contact the [3]Feedback & Resolutions Team.  (Please
note you should do so within two months of this response.)

Yours sincerely,
