Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Halal meat in schools'.

I know full well that councils do have the information that I requested. Salford council produced the relevant information upon an identical request.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

Andy Leary

Dear Symm, Kevin,

Jewish school children would eat kosher meat, not halal.
How do you know that there is 179 schools serving no halal but you do not know about any that do?
Your reply is still unsatisfactory as i cannot see how you have concluded that 179 schools serve no halal but do not know about any that do apart from 2 jewish schools were i find it quite hard to believe that the children eat muslim food.

I would ask that you provide me with the correct information or I will report you for giving false information.

How many schools are in the Liverpool authority?
Yours sincerely,

Andy Leary
