Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request some information regarding the issue of parking fines in the borough, specifically penalty charge notices (PCNs). I would like to request raw data showing the number of PCNs issued as well as the revenue generated from these charges for the most recent year available.

alongside the Council's response. 

 

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request some
information regarding the issue of parking fines in the borough,
specifically penalty charge notices (PCNs). I would like to request raw
data showing the number of PCNs issued as well as the revenue generated
from these charges for the most recent year available. 

 

Your request is exempt under section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act
because the information requested is intended for future publication. The
information will be available in our annual report on our website
(https://www.hackney.gov.uk/parking-plans...) by October 2019. 

 

If you are dissatisfied with this response and wish to appeal, please
respond to this email to request an Internal Review.

If you are still not satisfied following the Internal Review, you have a
right to appeal to the Information Commissioner.
