Dear Ministry of Defence,
Since The Gulf War 90/91.
5 Nations have carried out reports surrounding their troops suffering epidemic levels (approx 1 in 3) of illnesses (gwi). U.S, UK, Canada, Denmark and Australia. They all mention each other suffering similar levels, but no other countries were mentioned. Or no data is available that Other Nations had same high levels of suffering
Only these 5 Nations subjected its troops to similar/same Experimental Multiple Vaccine (EMVR) (5+) Regime within 2 weeks.
These facts have been drawn up from all 5 Nations own information/reports available in the public domain.
Normal population suffer several autoimmune conditions less than 1%
Meaning Troops subjected to the EMVR increased risk of suffering autoimmune conditions was more than 3000%
Q1 - Does MOD hold any Data in Reference to this approx 3000% increased risk?
Dear Mr Roberts,
Thank you for your email requesting information under the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.
Please see the attached response.
Defence People Secretariat
Dear People-Sec-FOI Mailbox (MULTIUSER),
Thankyou for your reply,
I think you will find your information incorrect. Overwhelming evidence that sickness is not due to Gulf Service? MOD's own approximations were 32% of Gulf veterans suffering sickness under the umbrella term Gulf War Syndrome
These high levels of autoimmune conditions have ONLY been found and reported on on the 5 Nations that carried out the Experimental Multiple Vaccinations. This information us collated from the Data put out by the 5 Nations. Our own report mentions the other 4 Nations suffering.
The Overwhelming evidence is CLEAR and to the contrary to what you have claimed in your reply.
Previously we have been told that Global Data is being monitored?
By who ecactly? I have asked this question before , i'm still waiting for an answer?
Dear Mr Roberts,
Receipt is acknowledged of your email of 24 June 2019 in which you
requested an internal review of a response (reference above)
The Department's target for completing internal reviews is 20 working days
and we therefore aim to complete the review and respond to you 23 July
2019. While we are working hard to achieve this, in the interests of
providing you with a more realistic indication of when you should expect a
response, we should advise that the majority are currently taking between
20 and 40 working days to complete. The internal review that will involve
a full, independent reconsideration of the handling of the RFI as well as
the final decision.
We note in your appeal you say that previously you have been told that
Global Data is being monitored by MOD and you ask “By who exactly?” You
then say, “I have asked this question before, [and] I'm still waiting for
an answer.” Did you request this information under FOIA? If you can
quote us a reference number for the request we shall be happy to
investigate why you have not received a reply.
MOD Information Rights Compliance Team
Dear CIO-FOI-IR (MULTIUSER),
Thankyou for your reply, in a past FOI response it was stated MOD monitor Global Gulf War research/Data.
Is this not true then?
Also i have requested the information contained in the signal that would have sent out to units in reference to vaccines. In the MOD claim that all drugs were on a volountry basis.
I am not requesting or ever have requested a link to the countermeasure report which was completed many years after the event.
I am requesting the information contained in the actual signal .The information sent surrounding experimental Vaccine Regime for soldiers to CONSENT to. If it exists, It could easily be found in Whitehalls Gulf War Log, between the dates 21 Dec 1990 and 4th Jan 1991 ( Start of experimental vaccine regime)
