Dear City of York Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of City of York Council's handling of my FOI request 'Guildhall Planning Panel'.

Unlike half of the city , Guildhall Ward has no second tier for democratic oversight ( a Parish or Town Council). So planning applications are ( apparently) review by a secretive panel, whom we cannot contact, who never contact us, and whom, I am told, are not even all from Guildhall Ward.

As this group is used to justify some form of democratic accountability ( yet there is none) please provide the answers to my questions.. clearly an internal review request as it is considerably overdue.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/g...

Yours faithfully,

Gwen Swinburn
