Dear Mr o'Shea

Freedom of Information request:  FOI-3131

Thank you for your request dated 19 December 2024

Our response is as follows:

We have not given any direct advice to SENDIASS nor schools re parents and
schools challenging the level of funding given for an EHCP.

Schools can request a change in the level of banding if they can evidence
they are spending more to meet a CYP needs. The same advice would be given
to parents, via the school.

The banding document and admissions procedures are all published in our
local
offer-[1]https://greenwichcommunitydirectory.org....

provide me any guidance you have given to SENDIASS and schools in respect
