Guidance on response to a request for an offline UC claim

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please could you provide a copy of the latest Universal Credit internal procedural guidance of the steps telephony should follow when a vulnerable claimant is supported by an adviser via a 3 way phone call to make an offline UC claim?
I would be particularly interested in any guidance on what information is gathered during the first phone call; and any guidance on whether there is a 'try to persuade' phone call from UC to the claimant after that, to try to persuade them to have an online claim.
If so please include the script.
If the claimant states they need an offline claim, do you have a document showing the script for the subsequent (follow up) telephone appointment?
