Guidance on Indicative Universal Credit amount (managed migration claimants)

The request was partially successful.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please could you provide any guidance instructions available for the staff who are currently manually assessing the indicative UC amount for transitional protection, for people who make a claim for UC after receiving a managed migration notice.

Thank you

Yours faithfully,

Glenys Harriman

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Guidance on Indicative Universal Credit amount (managed migration claimants)'.

The answer did not provide the guidance given to staff who are manually assessing the Indicative UC amount for TP: it was a very general guide rather than specific guidance on how to work out the Indicative UC amount.
Please could this be provided, as requested.
Thank you for your help

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/g...
