Dear Prime Minister's Office,
I believe that the Direct Communications Unit at 10 Downing Street is in charge of correspondence sent to the Prime Minister.
I would like to request access to all guidance given to the Direct Communications Unit and its staff members on handling and responding to correspondence addressed to the Prime Minister.
If no single specific policy document or guidance document exists, it may help your search when you consider how newly employed members of the Direct Communications Unit are introduced to their duties - I am sure they will be given some form of written guidance or 'handbook'.
