Dear Freedom of Information,

Many thanks for this response. I believe that the documents sent (introduction to the scheme clearly aimed at applicants together with the application form) does not fully address my request.

I am in particular interested in guidance issued to the decision makers employed within the Local Authority who decide applications under LESS.

I would be grateful if you could send any such information to me as soon as possible or, if no such internal guidance is in use, send confirmation of that fact (eg that decision makers have not been given any internal instructions on how to determine whether an applicant meets the rules).

Many thanks.

Yours sincerely,

Martin Williams
