Guidance and rules concerning all aspects of the social fund replacement scheme in LB Hackney
Dear LB Hackney,
Please release all guidance, rules and policy instructions issued to LB Hackney staff or other persons involved in the administration of the new localised social fund replacement scheme.
Yours faithfully,

Dear Hackney Borough Council,
I understand that you should have replied to my freedom of informaiton request by 1 May 2013 and you do not appear to have done so. I believe this is a breach of section 10(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
The information I have requested concerns the arrangements LB Hackney have put in place for providing resources to vulnerable people experiencing crises. It is absolutely essential that such information is freely available to Hackney residents.
I would be grateful if you could reply to this request without further delay.
Yours faithfully,
Martin Williams

Dear Karen Tolson,
I have still not received a reply to this enquiry.
I would be grateful if you could treat this email as a Stage 1 complaint as per the details here: http://www.hackney.gov.uk/l-complaints-p...
I cannot find any separate complaints procedure relating to FOI requests on your website and so I assume the standard complaints procedure is used. If there is a specific scheme for FOI complaints then please send me the details of that and treat this email as a complaint under that specific scheme.
Many thanks for your assistance.
Yours sincerely,
Martin Williams

Dear Hackney Borough Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Hackney Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Guidance and rules concerning all aspects of the social fund replacement scheme in LB Hackney'.
The response to my Freedom of Information Request does not contain the information I asked for. Specifically, I requested:
"Please release all guidance, rules and policy instructions issued to LB Hackney staff or other persons involved in the administration of the new localised social fund replacement scheme"
The response received does not contain the guidance issued to LB Hackney staff or other persons involved in the administration of the scheme. Rather it is simply a summary of the scheme.
I await a response that deals with the request.
