Dear Foicoor,

Sorry for the delay and thank you for your response.

However I would like to ask for clarification. You state that "no Prevent related concern has been referred for consideration: the subgroup has therefore never been convened." However I know from a previous FOI request and subsequent internal review that there was a decision to escalate discussions around a piece for the interim show by James Oberhelm entitled "Effects" [The Enthronement] to the Prevent group at GSA.

To this end can I clarify whether this was discussed by the group or subgroup and if not why not, due to the conversations released by FOI that stated it would be escalated to that group.

Yours sincerely,

Nik Williams

Dear Mr Williams,

Many thanks for your email received on the 25 October 2017.

I can confirm that I have forwarded your request to Janet Allison, , Deputy Registrar who will provide clarification to your request.

Kind regards,

Policy and Governance Officer

Allison ,Janet Anne, The Glasgow School of Art

Dear Mr Williams

Following discussion, and emails which contributed to the FoI request and internal review you mention below, the decision was taken not to escalate the work of James Oberhelm entitled "Effects" [The Enthronement] to the Prevent group at GSA.

Therefore, I can confirm that the information you received below is correct and that that no Prevent related concern has been referred for consideration: the subgroup has therefore never been convened.

I hope this is helpful.

Regards
Janet
