Grounds/Trees/Playgrounds Maintenance and Management Software

The request was successful.

Dear FOI Team,

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, the following details:

1. What software you are using for your grounds maintenance?
2. What software you are using for your tree management?
3. What software you are using for your playground management?

For each of the above please can you provide the following details:

What is the annual spend on these contracts?

What are the start date & duration of these contracts?

Is there an extension clause in these contracts and, if so, the duration of the extension?

Has a decision been made yet on whether these contracts are being either extended or renewed?

Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for these contracts?

Thank you for your help.
Yours sincerely,

A Stevenson
