Dear Northern Ireland Housing Executive,

Can you please list the grounds which would allow the Housing Executive, or a registered housing association, to rescind or retract an offer of accommodation made under the housing selection scheme?

For each, can you please provide any guidance or legislation which allocating officers must use when deciding whether it is appropriate to rescind or retract an offer of housing.
