Grosvenor & Regency Estate Residents Association

We're waiting for Chris Beddoe to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Westminster City Council,

I am asking the following questions regarding the Grosvenor and Regency Residents Association [GRRA] first Annual General Meeting currently planned for 25 July 2019. Correspondence has been emailed to me by the Resident Engagement Coordinator of Westminster City Council with an official notice of the first AGM of the Grosvenor & Regency Residents Association.

I would like responses to the following questions:

1) How many leaseholders/secure tenants/private tenants of the Grosvenor & Regency Estate/s were sent GRRA AGM notices by email, with all enclosures including constitution? On what date were the emails sent? Please note whether you are counting more than one person per property in your response.

2) How many leaseholders/secure tenants/private tenants of the Grosvenor & Regency Estate/s were sent GRRA AGM notices by addressed postal letter, with all enclosures including constitution? On what date were the letters posted? Please note whether you are counting more than one person per property in your response.

3) How many leaseholders/secure tenants/private tenants of the Grosvenor & Regency Estate/s received hand delivered GRRA AGM notices with all enclosures including constitution? On what date were they hand delivered? Please note whether you are counting more than one person per property in your response.

4) In which blocks of the Grosvenor and Regency Estates were AGM notices posted on the residents notice board, and on what date?

5) What other measures were taken to publish and promote the AGM notice prior to the 14 day advance notice period on or to the residents of the Grosvenor & Regency Estate? ?

Thank you for your time.
The information can be sent by word document or as a spreadsheet.

Yours faithfully,

Chris Beddoe
