Gross Misconduct
Dear North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust,
I am writing to request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act.
For the years, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 to date, please can you provide the following data in relation to gross misconduct hearings:
1. How many Gross Misconduct hearings have taken place?
2. How many of the following outcomes were recorded? Dismissal, Final Written Warning, Demotion, Learning Opportunity, No Further Action/ Case not proven.
3. In relations to Dismissals and Final Written Warnings, how many were successfully appealed?
