Dear Port of Aberdeen,
Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004. Request
1) Closure of Greyhope Road from nr Girdleness lighthouse to entrance of south harbour. A previous FOI to Aberdeen City Council (ACC) states that this section of road was put into your custodianship during construction of the south harbour.
- has custodianship of this section been handed back to ACC?
- If not when will it be handed back?
- is the handing back delayed by any geotechical problems or dispute with ACC?
2) Closure of "core path" around Greg Ness and access to Nigg Bay SSSI.
- why is access still restricted and when will it be restored?
3) There are sundry other fences still in place outwith the port restricted area.
- when will these obstacled to public access be removed?

Yours faithfully,

Gordon C Stalker
