Greenwich SEND Equality Impact Assessment

We're waiting for Ady Kouakou to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Greenwich Borough Council,

I am making the following request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Please provide me with:

A copy of the equality Impact Assessment the council carried out for Greenwich's new SEND funding arrangements model including the assessment of how the changes will impact on:

a) Children and young people from BME/ BAME backgrounds currently funded at the EHC Plan funding levels
b) On SEND children and young people with EHC plans by primary need / SEND type

Our response is as follows:

A copy of the equality Impact Assessment the council carried out for Greenwich's new SEND funding arrangements model including the assessment of how the changes will impact on:

The Royal Borough of Greenwich have not yet implemented a new funding arrangement/ model. Of course, when we do implement a new funding model we will carry out an Equality Impact Assessment.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your request, you can ask for an Internal Review.
