Our response is as follows:
Q1 what was the reason why there wasn’t no live bidding 7th June 2023
There was a Council wide IT outage prevented live bidding / CBL that
week.
Q2 What is the No of immigrants that have been housed in Greenwich this in
the last year 2 bed, 3 bed, 4 bed.
We do not record this information.
Q3 What is the waiting time for a ground floor flat and house B1 medical
for 2 bed property?
We are only able to give an average waiting time figure based on previous
lettings. These figures are for Royal Greenwich residential owned and
Registered Social Landlord owned properties with 2 bedrooms of any type
where the tenancy was created during the period 01/04/22 to 31/03/23.

There were 303 2-bedroom flats let during the period above. Of these
