I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

The details we require are:
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages
• Actual spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date
• Start date & duration of framework/contract?
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension?
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed?
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?

Is the question which companies expressed an interest in the contract OR which companies actually submitted bid for the contract , whether or not they had expressed an interest or not ?

The details we require are:
• Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages - It was an open tender, which means we did not have a separate PQQ stage. Anybody that expressed an interest on the Chest would have been able to access the ITT documents.
We only received 2 ITT submissions from:
John Cooper Recycling Ltd
Resources Recycling Solutions Ltd
J Cooper Recycling were successful.

• Start date & duration of framework/contract? Including option to extend, March 2024
• Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised? As attached
• Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if so, the duration of the extension? Yes, up to 2 years
• Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s) are being either extended or renewed? No.
• Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract? Tony Watson, Head of Environment and Place.
