Dear FOI,
Re. Your question “ does the FOI request just relate to the current
planning application (reference 22/00723/FUL) or does it relate to the
current application as well as past applications?”
The request relates to any information held by the council about this land. I assume there could be more information held than just that relating to planning applications.
For example in a previous planning decision in 2016 it was stated that the land is managed as part of the highway, so It is likely there is information held by the highways department of the council. I understand that the council wildlife officer also sent emails relating to the site and the current owner’s works there.
Please provide any information held by the council that relates to this site.
Yours sincerely,
Lee Armstrong
