I am writing to ask you to clarify your request. 
 
Unfortunately, the copy of your request we received did not include
details of the Seminar referred to. Can you please confirm the Seminar to
which you are referring.
 
I will not be able to take this matter further without this extra
information from you. Please let me know by 16 December 2020.
 
If I do not hear from you within the timeframe provided, I shall take it
that you do not wish to pursue this request and will consider the request
closed. 
 
In the meantime, your request has been placed on hold.
