Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, St Edmundsbury Borough Council should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

1) What was St Edmundsbury Borough Council's relationship with the Mark Group between 2007 and 2012?

2) Please point to that data that was made accessible to council tax payers during 2007 and 2012. ( If the data was updated; please clarify when and who was responsible for that update)

3) Please clarify how a member of the public might have accessed that data in 2011?

4) How many complaints were made about the Mark Group contracts to the staff in your Environment and Planning Departments in

i) 2007
ii) 2008
iii) 2009
iv) 2010
v) 2011
vi) 2012

5) How many of those complaints reached the point of a deadlock letter with the council?

6) How many of those complaints about the Mark Group led to the council pursuing an ASBO against the complainant?

As you may be aware, St Edmundsbury Borough Council and Forest Heath
District Council are working together under the banner West Suffolk to
provide a shared service across the boundaries of both authorities.  This
response is sent on behalf of West Suffolk councils.

Response: The Council's relationship with the Mark Group was a memorandum
of understanding in 2009/10

Thank you for your reply, you need to clarify what you mean when you write;

" The Council's relationship with the Mark Group was a memorandum of understanding in 2009/10'

There is no explanation on your website (or in your response on here) as to what a "Memorandum of Understanding" means. I refer you to the Principles of The Data Protection Act; you need to bring transparency to your answer and answer the FOI that was made in respect of the UK data law.
