Dear Andreas,

Thank you for your request received 08/05/2021 which is being dealt with
under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 (EIRs) for ‘Green
Belt Building'.

Under Regulation 12(4)(c) of the EIRs the Council can refuse to comply
with a request that is formulated in too general a manner.

Please provide the following additional information, so we can search if
we hold the information requested.

o Please can you clarify what you mean by ‘please provide a list of all
times’, do you require figures of how many permissions where granted
or are you requesting the reference numbers for those planning
applications? Alternatively are you requesting the dates permission
was granted over the last 6 years?
o Can you also confirm if you are requesting information broken down for
each year, for the last 6 years?

We won’t be able to deal with your request until you provide the
additional information.

The EIR Regulations says that we must comply with your request for
information within 20 working days, from the date following receipt of
your request unless we have to ask for clarification, as in this case.
The 20 day response deadline clock has stopped from the date of this
email, the clock will reset from the date we receive your response
clarifying your request and we will advise you of the new 20 working day
deadline at this stage.

Unfortunately, if we don’t hear from you by 12/07/2021, we will send you a
refusal notice because we have not received all the information we need to
deal with your request.

Andreas Christodoulou

Dear FOI,

Thank you for your response. I am requesting the reference numbers for planning applications which were successful, and the dates when the planning was approved. If the dates are provided, then there's no need to split by year - because that will be obvious. If the dates are not readily available, then please break the information down by year.

I have no interest in any application for building over greenbelt land that was fully unsuccessful, so please exclude any of these from the data provided.

Yours sincerely,

Andreas Christodoulou
