Greater Thetford Development Partnership Meeting Documents (2015-10-02)

The request was successful.

Dear Breckland District Council,

I understand that the second meeting of the Greater Thetford Development Partnership took place on 2nd October 2015. As with the previous meeting, I would like to request the following information related to this meeting:

1/ A list of those present and which organisations / bodies they were representing;

2/ A copy of all papers / documents presented / considered at the meeting;

3/ A copy of any meeting notes or draft minutes for the meeting.

I understand that item 3 might not have been fully prepared yet, and so there may only be shorthand notes taken by a minute-taker at the moment. If this is the case, then I am happy to wait until a more formal version is written up, and receive that instead. Presumably at some point the draft minutes will be sent to the members. This would be the version I am most interested in receiving when it is available.

In the event that any papers are withheld, the please provide at least the title and author of each, as part of your duty to confirm or deny what information you hold.

I note that at the first GTDP meeting it was proposed that minutes would only be published after they had been approved at the following meeting. I hope that this decision has now been reversed and therefore this FOI request will turn out to be unnecessary -- but obviously without the minutes, I don't know what happened at the 2nd October meeting. I also hope that you will be pro-actively publishing the agenda and papers for each meeting, but while I see that the minutes of the first meeting are now available at http://democracy.breckland.gov.uk/ieList... there is no sign of the papers from that meeting, nor the agenda and papers for the second meeting.

Yours faithfully,

Robert Whittaker.

Allen, Sue, Breckland District Council
