Greater London Land Contamination
Date: 06.09.16
Dear Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,
RE: Freedom Of Information Act 2000 – Information Request – Greater London Contaminated Land
I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. To help guide you with the information retrieval, I have focused my request in the below categories:
(a) The full postcode of properties / Land within greater London, which you have a record of possessing "... a significant possibility of significant harm being caused to a human, or relevant non-human receptor".
I would like to receive the information in electronic format if possible. If you need further clarification, please contact me by email and/or phone.
If my request is denied in whole or in part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I will also expect you to release all non-exempt material. I reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to charge excessive fees.
I would be grateful if you could confirm in writing that you have
received this request. I look forward to your response within 20
working days, as outlined by the statute.
Yours sincerely,
Max Valentine

We often receive thousands of identical emails each month from organised
campaigns. Ministers and officials are made aware of these campaigns, but
unfortunately we cannot reply to each email when such large volumes are
received.
Best wishes,
