No grants have been awarded to private landlords over this time period.

I would be grateful if you could elaborate and provide clarification to your answer.
Have no grants been awarded as a results of grants not being available or no applications made for grants? If it is the latter, then please provide details as to how many applications were made and the reason as why they were denied.
If grants are available, please provide the URL as to where the information is presented on the council website.
