Dear Catherine West,

Thank you for this information.

Unfortunately the links you provide lead to hundreds of pages of the archived Housing Corporation website. Many of the resources on the page you directed us to do not correlate with the options given for viewing.

Please can you direct us to the relevant sections of the agreement with Family Mosaic which deal with:
a) completion timescales for the Parmiter Street development
b) build specification; and
c) the terms under which the grant would have to be repaid.

Yours sincerely,

Kelly Peake and Barry Ryan

Catherine West,

Dear Ms Peake and Mr Ryan

Thank you for your email. I have now had the opportunity to investigate with the area team responsible for the site, who have advised as follows:

We are sorry that one of the links did not work. However the information it would have contained should also be available via the other link (http://www.homesandcommunities.co.uk/cfg...). Answers to your questions are as follows:

a) We have five schemes at Parmiter Street. One completed in March 2011 and the rest are forecasting completion in December 2011.

b) We funded these schemes in our 2006/08 programme. Details of the HCA's standards requirements for that programme are attached.

c) The terms under which the grant would have to be repaid or recycled are outlined in the capital funding guide's grant recovery chapter at http://www.homesandcommunities.co.uk/cfg.... Particularly relevant to your question is section 2.2 on relevant events (http://www.homesandcommunities.co.uk/cfg...).

I hope that this information is helpful, and sufficiently addresses your query. However, if you have any further problems, or would like to request any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Kind regards
