Thank you for your email in which you have clarified your original request. On inspection it does not appear to differ from your original request of 11th July 2018 to which we provided an answer on the 23rd July 2018.

As per the section 45 code of practice under the above legislation, Invest NI has a duty to conduct an internal review for those applicants who are dissatisfied with its initial decision.
Can you please confirm if you would like us to conduct an internal review?

This internal review is a first stage review for applicants prior to the involvement of the Information Commissioner. The internal reviewer is independent from the initial decision and considers whether the original response was appropriate.

This process will normally be completed within 20 working days from receipt of your confirmation requesting a review. In the event that we will be unable to meet this deadline we will advise you accordingly.
