Grant Funding and NFSP cash surplus

The request was partially successful.

Dear Post Office Limited,Can you say what metrics, calculations or assessments were used in order to decide the annual funding of the NFSP.The cash pile that the NFSP are sitting on clearly shows they recieve far more than necessary to carry out their vital work.Is this taxpayer money they receive and under what conditions are Post Office able to recover money from the NFSP?

Yours faithfully,

john o'sullivan
