Dear Mr Sweetman,
thank you for your reply to my FOI request. Unfortunately there seems to have been some misunderstanding as my request was:

"Please provide me with copies of all applications for funding under the Emergency Active Travel Fund scheme made by Birmingham City Council along with all supporting documentation, for the period 1 September 2020 to the present ( 11 August 2021)"

You have supplied me with copies of the applications by the West Midland Combined Authority rather than the applications made by Birmingham City Council.

Please would you provide the information I actually requested.

Thank you for your email 10th September.

 

The details of the Active Travel Fund scheme bids which  you requested
(F0020132) relating to Birmingham City Council are within the West
Midlands Combined Authority’s bid which was attached to Department's email
of 8 September.

 

The West Midlands Combined Authority applied for Active Travel Funds on
behalf of the Birmingham City Council.

 

West Midlands Combined Authority's constituent authorities are Birmingham
City Council, the City of Wolverhampton City Council, Coventry City
Council, Dudley Metropolitan Borough, Sandwell Metropolitan Borough,
Solihull MB and Walsall Council.
