Graffiti removal polices for bus stops and bus shelters

The request was partially successful.

Dear Transport for London,

Can you please tell me what your current policies are for:

(a) Removal of offensive graffiti on bus stops reported to TfL
(b) Removal of offensive graffiti on bus shelters reported to TfL
(c) Removal of non-offensive graffiti on bus stops reported to TfL
(d) Removal of non-offensive graffiti on bus shelters reported to TfL

In particular I would like to know who is responsible for the removal and the expected timescales for them to meet.

If the answer to any of the above is that removal waits for the next normal scheduled cleaning visit, please also let me know what the schedule is for such visits.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Mark Pack
