Dear Arthur,
My apologies for not attaching the spreadsheets you mention. I'm afraid
the member of staff who provided the response to your query is currently
on annual leave until next week and I won't be able to follow up until
then.
Until then I went back to the files the FOI Officer left and found a
spreadsheet in the folder relating to your query. I'm attaching this for
your information in the meantime.
Best regards,
Kirsten
