I would like to request for information for the Graduate BDS Dentistry admissions (A202).

Please provide me an excel sheet with the following information for each of the latest 2 admission cycle for the Graduate BDS Dentistry course (A202):

* UKCAT score
* A-level subject grades
*Bachelors Degree grade
* Home / International (non-EU)
* Interviewed / Not interviewed
* Made an offer / Not made an offer
* Enrolled / Applicant declined offer / Applicant did not meet offer

And the total number of applicants who applied and total number given offers.

The latest 2 admission cycle - 2016/17 and 2017/2018
If you do not have 2017/18, then please provide for 2016/17 and 2015/16

I refer to your email of 30 July 2018 requesting information relating to Graduate entry dentistry admissions statistics at the University of Aberdeen.

Your request has now been considered under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, ‘the Act’.

Please find attached the response to your FOI request.

Some of the information you requested is not held and this applies to the question about the UKCAT score as in some circumstances it is not held, as well as the A level grades and this information cannot be provided in terms of Section 17 (1) (b) of FOISA.

Should you be dissatisfied with this response, you have the right under the Act to request a review. A request for review must be made within 40 working days of the date of this reply. It must include your name and address for correspondence and specify the request for information and the grounds for dissatisfaction with the decision. Please send your request for review to our mailbox, [University of Aberdeen request email].

If you are unhappy with the outcome of the University’s internal review, you have the right to appeal to the Scottish Information Commissioner within six months of the date of receipt of the University’s review response.
