Dear Lorraine

Reference: IAT/ME/F17/9066

Thank you for your e-mail of 24 August 2017.

When a doctor has conditions imposed on their registration, or they voluntarily agree undertakings in relation to their practice, these are published on their online register entry for the period that they are in force. When a warning is issued to a doctor, this is currently published on their online register entry for 5 years. The attached list shows those doctors who are registered with a licence to practise, are included on the GP register, with a designated body (employer) in England and who currently have a condition, warning, or undertaking published on their online register entry.

I hope that this information is helpful to you but please let me know if you require anything further.

Kind regards
Mark Ellen
