GP services in North Hampshire

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, NHS England should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear NHS England,

NHS Surrey Heath Clinical Commissioning Group has asked me to redirect an inquiry about GP services to NHS England.

The request is as follows - where the area referenced is that covered by the NHS North Hampshire CCG. However, if region-wide Surrey data is more readily available then that would be preferable.

1. How many GP surgeries/Family Practices/Walk-in centres with GP services there were in the NHS North Hampshire CCG commissioning area in 2010?

2. How many patients those GP surgeries/Family Practices/Walk-in centres catered/cared for in 2010?
2a. Please break this data down to provide patient numbers per GP surgery/Family Practice/Walk-in centre?

3. What was the GP to patient ratio in the NHS North Hampshire CCG commissioning area in 2010?

4. How many GP surgeries/Family Practices/Walk-in centres with GP services closed in 2010?

5. How many GP surgeries/Family Practices/Walk-in centres with GP services there were in the NHS Surrey Heath Clinical Commissioning Group commissioning area in 2015?

6. How many patients those GP surgeries/Family Practices/Walk-in centres catered/cared for in 2015?
