1. With significant further development planned at what point, in terms of
increasing population, does an expansion of this surgery occur?

2. With a population increase in Waterbeach of over 20% since 2001, what
is the value of section 106 money passed on to the NHS/CCG during this
period?

3. What are the value of section 106 provisions relating to providing GP
services offered by the developer Urban and Civic?

4. What are the value of section 106 provisions relating to providing GP
services offered by the developer RLW?

Information not held by the Council.  To help with your query I have attached the Waterbeach Newsletter which provides more
information on healthcare provision.

 2. With a population increase in Waterbeach of over 20% since 2001, what is the value of section 106 money passed on to
the NHS/CCG during this period?

Since 2001 no section 106 money has been passed on to the NHS/CCG from developments permitted in Waterbeach.

The Council has secured healthcare contributions from the following planning permissions that remain unspent:

S/3204/16/FL – £37,053

S/2461/16/FL – £17,043
