a, last 4 years governors minutes, including all committees and supporting papers, such as, but not limited to, financial documents, head teacher reports, etc for Yew Tree Primary School.
b, all legal correspondants, as well as LA advisory documents (and other communications), in relation to the withdrawn/defended academy conversion which was succesfully defended against against the DfE/Central Government (regarding Yew Tree Primary School).
c, all correspondants in relation to any future planned academy conversion conversations regarding Yew Tree Primary School, including discussions with other potential sponsors if applicable
d, any communications with the Regional School Commissioner on proposed future academy conversion

a. last 3 years full governors minutes, including Headteachers Report
b. last 3 years finance committee minutes, including financial Statements
c. any correspondence in relation to any future planned academy conversion
conversations regarding Yew Tree Primary School, including discussions with

I think a and b should now be straightforward with most schools keeping these electronically.
Regarding request c I imagine will be fairly recent so should be easily accessible, so minimizing time
