1 re Governors Minutes
In response to your queries I can confirm that the School holds the
information requested. Please find the relevant documents in the attached
pdf. There are a few exemptions which have been annotated in the text.
2 re. OFSTED
I can confirm that the school holds some of the information you are
seeking but, based on advice, we are withholding that information reliant
on section 12 of the FOI act: you do not need to provide a substantive
response to requests where you estimate that responding to the request
would exceed the “appropriate limit”.
The scope of your request is so wide that it will take more than 18 hours
to complete this task. In addition to any central records, you request
relies on us approaching over 130 members of teaching staff, c80
non-teaching staff, 14 Governors and those external to the organisation.
By way of estimate, even if each person was required to do 10 minutes of
work in checking or sharing data, this would be well over 33 hours of time
in order to locate, retrieve and extract relevant information.
This concludes the School’s response to your request. If you are
dissatisfied with this response you can ask us to review our response or
complain to the Information Commissioner ([3]www.ico.gov.uk) / Information
Commissioner's Office (Wycliffe House Water Lane Wilmslow Cheshire SK9
5AF).
Kind regards
Simon Appleman
