On 25th June 2019 the Ministry of Housing released a summary of responses (Annex 3) , obtained from 274 local authorities in relation to a pre-set questionnaire concerning their officers views of the effectiveness of selective licensing and which was submitted to them on 2nd November 2018.

Would you kindly forward a copy of the full response that was made by your authority directly in reply to this questionnaire.

Additionally could you clarify any clause numbers, tables or charts within the report that are totally attributable to your authority . Clause 3.16 appears to be one of these.

response to a Ministry of Housing questionnaire concerning the
effectiveness of selective licensing

relation to selective licensing and therefore continue to fall within the
scope of our section 14 and regulation 12(4)(b) exemption/exception.
