Dear Department for Culture, Media and Sport,

I kindly ask you share all requests made by HM Government, DCMS, DIT, Dft or the Dept for Exiting the EU, to any organisation in the past 4 years, whereby that request seeks to limit the presence or exposure of certain types of content related to Brexit. Including, but not limited to:

Censorship
Stop notices
D-notices
Requests to limit visibility, either directly or in search results
Court Orders
NDAs

Principally, this request seeks to understand those requests to media organisations - broadcasters, newspapers, Google, Facebook, Twitter. but also organisations at source, gagged from talking about the topic e.g. through NDA's directly with HM Government or associated organisations.

If / where cases exist, I would like to know the organisation the request was made of, the nature of the content being asked to be suppressed, the reason given for the request and the outcome.

Yours faithfully,

Tom
