(c) decision-making processes,
(d) oversight mechanisms in place,
(e) the processes in place during, and after each strike to ensure
(i) that the operation was conducted in a manner that would avoid disproportionate
civilian casualties,
(ii) a meaningful remedy in case of any error,
(f) the process in determining that every alternative method of neutralising a
threat posed by an individual target (for example, capture) has been exhausted.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Ministry of Defence,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Ministry of Defence's handling of my FOI request 'Government policy on the targeted killings of individuals'.

The response is long overdue. The MoD has not complied with the law.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/g...

Yours faithfully,
