Government petitions systems information
Dear Cabinet Office,
You have recently responded to an FOI request submitted by myself: FOI2020/05676
In that, you said there were three agencies (House of Commons, Government Digital Service, Unboxed Consulting) who had accounts with data-export-level access to the government petitions database and had used their accounts within the last 12 months.
Can you please now, with reference to FOI legislation etc, advise as to whether exports of petition data are recorded - specifically for both exports via the petitions moderation website AND the database administrator (command line) route - and, if so, can you please disclose as much of the following information as is available for exports conducted by each of those three agencies, or anyone else, over the past 12 months:
1) Date of export
2) Agency or account conducting export
3) Number of petition signatories in each export (unique user records exported or similar)
4) size of export (file-size or equivalent)
5) access route i.e. petitions moderation website or command line access
Many thanks for your time taken in this matter.
Yours faithfully,
Robert Davidson

Dear Cabinet Office,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Cabinet Office's handling of my FOI request 'Government petitions systems information'.
The request was made on 1st July and so is long overdue for a response. I have previously written to ask for an updated timescale, but have received no response to that message.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/g...
