Dear The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal,

I am aware, having viewed the official Parliamentary record, that the UK Government have evidently had in place a plan of action which is highly likely to have compromised/corrupted regulatory procedures and indeed had a similar effect on any case(s) referred by regulators to the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. This will apply particularly where any matters so referred relate to or involve considerations concerning the Covid 19 vaccination programme. For insight, I am compelled to draw your attention to the official evidence revealed and referred to (with appropriate links to the Parliamentary record) at https://ethicalapproach.co.uk/officialev...

In the circumstances and by reason of the matters I raise above, please advise me of the following;

(1) Details of the measures and protections which have been put in place by or on behalf of the SDT in order to ensure that any solicitor(s) who has/have been, are being, or will be referred to the SDT in relation to the taking of any action(s) in respect of Covid 19 vaccination issues, are not being and will not in any way whatsoever be disadvantaged or adversely affected by this unlawful and morally reprehensible Government approach and interference to which I have drawn attention above.

(2) Details of the full nature and extent of all investigations which have been undertaken by or on behalf of the SDT which have given rise to any such measures and protections to which I refer above having been put in place.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

A. I. Clayton

SDT Enquiries, The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal

Dear Mr Clayton,

Thank you for your email and many thanks for the reference links which you
included therein.

In respect of (1) below, please note that the Tribunal is yet to receive
any reports in relation to "Covid-19 vaccination issues" and as such have
not deployed any measure and/or protections beyond particular to this
potential niche of cases.

In respect of (2) below, please note that the Tribunal has no
investigative powers. The Solicitors Regulation Authority Ltd undertake
investigations and refer allegations to the Tribunal  (which is wholly
independent) for determination. It may be that your queries would be
better placed with the SRA as opposed to the Tribunal at this stage.

Dear Deborah Baljit

I am very much obliged to receive your response. Thank you.

It is noted that you state that the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal (SDT), "...is yet to receive any reports in relation to "Covid 19 vaccination issues" and as such have not deployed any measure and/or protections beyond particular to this potential niche of cases."

This element of your response to which I refer above, concerns me enormously and indeed it will be of significant issue relevant to the public interest too, as I (among others) am personally aware that what you say, is not the case. The SDT has in fact received a referral, within such "niche".

What is now of even greater concern, is the fact that you have indicated to me in your said response that the tribunal have not deployed any measure and/or protections in relation to what I have disclosed to you (and you have acknowledged) by means of the evidence available at https://ethicalapproach.co.uk/officialev...

Now that the SDT is on notice of the evidence available via the web link aforementioned and particularly as I have already pointed out that the tribunal certainly do have such a referred "niche" case, I would suggest that there is a very serious risk indeed that a potential miscarriage of justice may very well take place. This risk is heightened by the fact that I am also in a position of relevant standing, appropriate to inform you as a matter of absolute fact, that the evidence accessible via the above said web link forms a proportion of evidence which has recently been submitted to the police, in support of a report made to them on 21st December 2023, in respect of an allegation of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

In light of what I have said and revealed above, I must therefore ask you to advise me without any undue delay, of the following;

(1) Details of the investigations/enquiries which you will make and measures and protections which you are going to put in place by or on behalf of the SDT in order to ensure that any solicitor(s) who has/have been, are being, or will be referred to the SDT in relation to the taking of any action(s) in respect of Covid 19 vaccination issues, are not being and will not in any way whatsoever be disadvantaged or adversely affected by this unlawful and morally reprehensible Government approach and interference to which I have drawn attention above.

(2) Details of the full nature and extent of all investigations/enquiries which will be undertaken by or on behalf of the SDT which will give rise to measures and protections to which I refer above.

I look forward to receiving your most urgent response.

Yours sincerely,

A. I. Clayton

SDT Enquiries, The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal

Dear Mr Clayton,

Thank you for your email. Firstly, please may I correct an error in my
previous email. The Tribunal has one case predicated on Covid-19 issues.
This matter is currently listed for a substantive hearing in February.

As regards the "evidence" which you have provided, the Tribunal cannot
comment or offer an opinion on the same. The Tribunal receives admissible
evidence filed by the parties to a case. It cannot and will not adduce
and/or rely upon information from third parties. As previously explained
to you, the Tribunal has no investigative function nor does it make
enquiries. The Tribunal has an adjudicative function to determine
allegations based on the evidence placed before it. There is a statutory
right of appeal for the parties to challenge the Tribunal's decision in
the event that either party considers there to have been any injustice.

Regards,

Deborah Baljit

Dear Deborah Baljit

Thank you for your further reply and for correcting your previous error.

In addition, I am grateful to have received your acknowledgement of the official parliamentary testimony evidence which I had previously drawn to attention, for the purpose of placing the SDT on notice in relation to.

Yours sincerely,

A. I. Clayton
