Dear South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust,

I have submitted this previously but don't seem to have had a response, if you have already please just respond with that. Otherwise, please could you let me know, within the next 30 days or as soon as possible, under the Freedom of Information Act in regard to the target number of weeks for referring someone with first episode psychosis to a specialist service and to make available medication, CBT and family therapy to prevent relapse:

(1) How many posters were produced to promote this to staff?
(2) Please attach a copy
(3) What other general communications have staff issued internally to inform staff about this? Please provide copies where appropriate.
(4) What number of weeks is South London and Maudsley working to as a target currently to try and deliver on this target? Does any team have responsibility for it?
(5) How many cases in the the last 18 months met (a) your (b) the target for referrals? Who is that target reported to?
