Dear Oxfordshire County Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Oxfordshire County Council's handling of my FOI request 'Government Funding for Covid-19 Grants - Oxfordshire County Council'.
My request was initially submitted on 20 March 2022 and you have failed to provide a response within 20 working days.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/g...

Dear Ms Eastman,
Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding to your request of
20 March 2022. The Council’s assessment of your request took longer than
anticipated. Please find our response to your questions below, in bold.
Since March 2020 to present please provide answers to the following
questions:
1. Please provide details of all Government schemes where money was
provided by the Government to Oxfordshire County Council for assisting
with the covid-19 pandemic. For each individual tranche of money received
list the following:
(a) Name of scheme and dates it operated.
(b) Sum of money received for each scheme.
Please see attached a schedule setting out the COVID-19 grant funding
received by Oxfordshire County Council and a summary of how this has been
utilised.
For more information, you may wish to look at pages 207-268 of the COVID
19: Oxfordshire System Recovery and Renewal Framework and COVID Programme
Grants Utilisation Update report. This report can be accessed through the
following link and was discussed at the Cabinet meeting on 15 March 2022.

(c) Number of individuals and companies that applied for money for each
scheme.
(d) How many individuals or companies made successful applications for
each scheme and the sum of money awarded to each.
(e) Please provide details of job titles of council employees who decided
if an application for covid money was successful.
(c)-(e) As set out in the response to (a) and (b) Oxfordshire County
Council has not directly run schemes where individuals or companies have
applied for funding related to COVID-19. Business and individual
applications were via the Oxford City Council and district council teams
for business and individual support grants. Where grant funding was passed
to the districts the county council did not ask for reporting on an
individual applicant level. To obtain that information it would be
necessary to approach those councils direct for a response. You may like

County Council, i.e., employed by council, councillor etc.
As per the response above, the Council did not directly run schemes where
employees or councillors were able to apply for grants. For information,
