Please provide total geographical  revenues estimates per head Scotland,
England, Wales, N Ireland, UK, (A) Including Scottish water (B) Excluding
Scottish water.

The table below shows estimated 2013-14 revenue per head for Scotland,
England, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the UK, assuming an illustrative
geographical share of North Sea revenues, consistent with Box 3.1 in GERS
2013-14.
