I MADE THIS (EDUCATION THROUGH THE ARTS)
Our ref DB 1157400 / C-486125-Y1C6
Dear Jo Blyth
Thank you for your email dated 18 September. You requested a copy of all
'Governing Documents' of I Made This (no.1157400) and all 'Policies'
documents of I Made This (no.1157400). We have dealt with your request
under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000.
We routinely provide copies of registered charities’ governing documents
as part of our normal business and duties under the Charities Act 2011.
This means that part of the information you have requested is exempt from
disclosure under section 21 of the FOI Act as it is “reasonably
accessible” to you via other means.
However, we can provide a copy of the governing document under our usual
processes. I have attached the requested document.
With regard to the part of your request asking for policy documents I can
only confirm that we do not hold any such documents.
Yours sincerely
David Bishop - Charity Services
