Governing Document for Reg Charity no: 1022949
Dear Charity Commission for England and Wales,
As a trustee of Wellingborough Dog Welfare, (Charity No 102249) I'm requesting a copy of the Governing Document applying to our Charity. We have applied to HMRC to have our organisation recognised as a charity for tax purposes and have supplied all the necessary paperwork with the exception of the "Governing Document". HMRC will not progress our application without this document, and as the charity has been registered for around 28 years and the founding members are no longer involved with the charity we are having difficulty locating it,
hoping you can help,
Yours faithfully,
Tanya I Pearson
